This WOW project is unique from the previous projects because it gives me the freedom to use any medium and choose my own theme and concept. Through this project I would like to create something that is aesthetically pleasing and also conveys information but in an abstract way. I am going to use collaging and manipulating portraits to convey what emotions are related to each chakra and the chakra will be displayed through the aura of the collage.
I would use photoshop to create collages 8 horizontal collages that would each make up a spread in a zine. 7 spreads will make up the 14 pages and the last spread will make up the cover and back of the zine making it 16 pages once put all together. Each spread will represent a different chakra and show emotions that essentially sit in this area. Each will have an aura color tinted across the images and the color will be related to the color of that specific chakra.
